Luther College’s Morgan Kranz took medalist honors with 80-75-77–232, winning by six shots. Opsal previously was cited in 2016, when she placed ninth and last year when she was fourth. She was 12th in 2017. Central remained in fourth in the team standings at 343-349-339—1031. The University of Dubuque claimed the title at 335-330-320–985 followed by Wartburg College at 346-332-328–1006 and Luther College at 342-327-342–1011. Buena Vista University was fifth at 364-346-336—1046. Dutch freshman Delaney Underwood closed the fall campaign with one of her strongest showings to propel the Dutch to their best round of the 54-hole tournament. Underwood carded an 82, one off her career best as sunny weather improved conditions slightly at the water-logged Ames Country Club.
