Indianola Mayor Kelly Shaw recently read a proclamation naming October 16th as “Support Your Local Chamber of Commerce Day” at the latest Indianola City Council meeting, providing an opportunity to say thanks to an organization that strives to support local business. Indianola Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Brenda Easter tells KNIA News a strong relationship between the city and the chamber is crucial, because if they work together to better Indianola businesses, we all end up better for it. The Indianola Chamber is also hosting an open house later this month.
