The Pella Police Department is partnering with Pella Fire, Schuring and Uitermarkt, and Walmart for the 3rd annual Holiday Heroes Program. Walmart in Pella recently made a $2,500 donation to go towards the program pairing local public safety officers and firefighters with local children to go on a holiday shopping trip. Lt. Paul Haase says the community can make donations to support the program brightening the holidays for local families at the Pella Police Department. The 3rd annual Holiday Heroes program in Pella will take place on December 10th.
