Eleven Indianola High School and Indianola Middle School students were selected to take part in the 34th Annual OPUS Choir, following auditions last Thursday. Selected to the 9th Mixed Choir from Indianola High School were Jacob Butz and Jackson Overton. From Indianola Middle School, Arowen Garcia, Morgan Marchant, Alana Moser, and Emily Allen were selected to the 5/6 Treble, while Grace Avitt, Calyn Hunerdosse, Olivia Jackson, and Cecilia McDonald were selected to join the 7/8 Treble, and Brady Meyers was picked as a 7/8 Bass. Opus Honor Choir is an auditioned choir sponsored by the Iowa Choral Directors Association.
