The Knoxville Public Library will host the Mobile Health and Medicine History Museum tomorrow from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and again on Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dr. Heather Libby with the library tells KNIA/KRLS News the exhibit will be set up in a program room and is a self guided tour with a curator on hand to help point people in the right direction as well as answer any questions. Dr. Libby says there will be a lot of artifacts on hand that cover over three centuries of medical history. She says America’s journey through the development of emergency medical care and disaster medical response will be featured. The Mobile Health and Medicine History Museum exhibit is part of the library’s Lifelong Learning Series. For more information contact the Knoxville Public Library.
