It is just one day until the state cross country meet, as hundreds of high school runners across Iowa will converge on Fort Dodge for the championships. One of those runners is Knoxville’s Norah Pearson. Pearson and Coaches Michael and Mikayla Splavec plus a couple of teammates to tag along for support will head up tonight and get settled. Michael Splavec tells KRLS Sports the job for tonight is get settled in and be ready for tomorrow. Pearson and the rest of the 3A girls will get the starters pistol at noon tomorrow.
