The Knoxville City Council will meet in regular session tomorrow. The council will hold a public hearing regarding the disposal of property located at 418 W. Rock Island. Following the public hearing the council will consider a resolution directing the sale of the property. The council will hold a discussion and take possible act regarding the Revolving Loan Program. The Revolving Loan Program would be established through a 28E agreement between the City of Knoxville and the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce with the intended purpose to provide supplemental financing in support of new and expanding businesses located within the City of Knoxville. The council will consider the acceptance of Councilmember Rick Kingery’s resignation letter as well as discuss and take possible action regarding the vacancy. The meeting will begin at 6:15 p.m. and will be held inside the Municipal Building Council Chambers.
