The Indianola girls basketball team unofficially got their season started Tuesday evening, hosting the 2019 Pride Scrimmage against ADM. Three levels got to see time at the scrimmage, with JV2 and JV1 both seeing two quarters each, and the varsity squad playing a full four. Indianola head coach Jeff Janssen tells KNIA Sports the squad did some things well but there was definitely a lot to improve upon. ADM won the scrimmage 68-49. Free will donations of food and toiletry items were also accepted to donate to the Indianola High School food pantry.
