High school music students in Pella are gearing up for the busy winter performance and competition season. Pella Jazz I members Annaleigh Babcock and Lin Nikkel say Pella Jazz I will make their first performance of the school year on Tuesday, November 26th at 7:30 p.m. in a combined concert with the Middle School Jazz programs. Pella Jazz I is coming off of the school’s 18th state championship last spring, and both Babcock and Nikkel are looking forward to the upcoming season. Additionally, the Pella High School Concert Band and Orchestra will perform a combined holiday music concert on Monday, December 9th.
