The Pleasantville Trojans had their season opener last night and they came out on fire, winning 52-25. They got off to a quick lead and never let go, ending the 1st quarter with a commanding 18-6 lead. In the 2nd quarter it got a little closer but the Trojans still won the quarter 9-6, giving them a solid 27-11 lead after the first half. The start of the second half was similar to the first, through lockdown defense, the Trojans just kept growing their lead winning the 3rd quarter 12-4. The 1-0 Trojans are in action again tonight as they head to Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont.
