At approximately 11:20 a.m. a two vehicle accident was reported in the 1100 block of North Lincoln Street in Knoxville. According to the Knoxville Police Department the accident occurred when an SUV in the southbound lane tried to turn left into the Fast Stop gas station and was hit by another vehicle in the northbound lane. One person was transported to the Knoxville Hospital and Clinics. Knoxville Fire and Rescue, the Knoxville PD, and the Marion County Sheriff’s Office all responded to the call.
