California Senator and Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris made a visit to the Knoxville area Sunday. A House Party was held for Senator Harris at a private rural residence in which she spoke to supporters about tariffs, President Trump’s failure of leadership, criminal justice reform, paying teachers and more. The visit to Knoxville comes following a stop in Indianola on Sunday as well and other locations in Iowa as she held house parties and participated in community events throughout the Thanksgiving week. Approximately 60 people attended the Knoxville House Party.
