A local organization aims to support children in foster care in the local area. Diane Mitchell and Jamie Chapman with Kadens Kloset: Pella say the ministry is for kids who are in foster care and a resource for foster and adoptive families. The organization has received a recent boost to their efforts after 100+ Men on a Mission Red Rock made a $4700 donation, Pella Christian Grade School selected them for their annual holiday service project, and sixth graders at Jefferson Intermediate School collected birthday party items. Teacher Ryan DeVries says the grade was looking for a service project to accomplish this year, and supporting Kadens Kloset became a part of that effort.
