This year’s ARC/PLC & Farm Financial Decisions Seminar will be held today. Area farmers, landowners and crop producers will have two opportunities to attend the seminar The first opportunity will begin today at 1:30 p.m. and will be held at the Marion County Bank Meeting Room, located at 800 Main Street in Pella. The second opportunity to attend will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the Marion County Extension Office, located at 210 North Iowa Street in Knoxville. During this 2 1/2 hour seminar, discussions will be held regarding decision points, program rules and regulations, and strategies for tackling the stressful events that can occur in agriculture. This year’s speakers include ISU Extension Farm Management Specialist Steve Johnson, Marion County FSA Executive Director Angie Vos and ISU Extension Family Life Specialist Joy Rouse.
