An Indianola woman has recently been charged with one count of Fraudulent Submission following an investigation by the Iowa Insurance Division’s Fraud Bureau. According to the IID, Aichia Levy, age 36 of Indianola, provided false information to an insurer in order to obtain insurance benefits she was not entitled to receive. Levy was arrested in early December after an investigation began in April of 2019. Fraudulent Submission is a class D felony, and a court date for Levy has not yet been set.
