As the Christmas break rolls on for area schools, winter sports teams will soon be getting back to work in preparation for the 2020 portion of the schedule. For the PCM girls basketball team, the focus is on improving upon a .500 record and realizing their potential. Head Coach Jeff Lindsay highlights the specific areas in which his team needs to improve:

“Everything. I mean seriously, we’ve improved in a lot of facets of the game so far. But, we still can be better at it, and we’ve talked about that recently, that if we were able to take that next step or hit that other phase, where we could be and what we could become. We have a lot of ability on this team, it’s them realizing it.”

A quality start to the season has turned south, as the Mustangs lost three of their last four games of 2019. PCM will take their 4-4 record to Roland-Story when the season resumes on Friday, January 3rd.
