The Twin Cedars Basketball Squads are back together for the first time in 2020 as the Sabers host Lamoni. Boys Coach Blake McWilliams tells KRLS Sports he has been telling his team to play disciplined and if they do that, they may be able to steal a few wins during the second half of the season starting with tonight.

McWilliams:
“Steal a few wins here and there just as long as you’re more disciplined than the other team. Then make sure to give that effort. You don’t have to be the most athletic team on the floor, but if you do things the right way, it could help lead to some wins.”

The Sabers girls will come back home after playing I-35 in Wells Fargo Arena on. Saturday. The Sabers are 1-9 on the season while the Demons are 8-1 and have yet to lose in the Bluegrass Conference. Tip off of the girls game is scheduled for 6:00pm.
