On their first meet back from break, the Knoxville Bowling Squads swept Southeast Warren on Tuesday night. The Panthers long break and what they would do was a concern for Coach Shaun Renard after not requiring his bowlers to officially practice for two weeks and allow them to work on their own. He tells KRLS Sports he was pleased with how well his bowlers performed after not requiring practice for nearly two weeks.

Renard:
“That’s a tough situation to be in because you don’t know which kids have hit the lanes which ones haven’t to stay practiced up continued to work on what we’ve asked of them. To see them pull off that win on the first meet of the year was pretty cool.”

The Panthers were scheduled to travel to the Pella Excit-A-Bowl today, but due to the winter storm in the area, it was called off on Friday. The Panthers must wait until next Saturday to travel to Oskaloosa.
