The Indianola Chamber of Commerce annual dinner and awards banquet is tonight, celebrating businesses and individuals for their work in the community. Chamber President and CEO Brenda Easter tells KNIA News the evening provides an opportunity to not only celebrate what we have accomplished, but provides the venue to reconnect with community members who we may not have seen recently or to meet new people. A social hour will begin the event at 5:30pm, with the awards program starting at 7. The dinner will take place in the Kent Campus Center on the Simpson College campus, with entertainment provided by award-winning pianist Jamie Poulsen.
