Indianola Wrestling Hosts Norwalk on Senior Night
The Indianola wrestling squad celebrates senior night tonight, with the Little Hawkeye Conference and an undefeated conference season on the line against Norwalk. Head coach Clint Manny tells KNIA Sports his guys know the gravity of what they are competing for, but that doesn’t mean it will change their approach.
“We have faith in what we are teaching the guys, and the guys have bought into it so far. The successes we’ve had to this point have come down to trusting what we are doing, so we’ll keep doing what we are doing. We want to stay healthy, obviously that’s a big thing this time of year, making sure kids are taking care of their bodies and their minds, and our guys will be in the right place.”
Action on the mats starts at Indianola High School at 7:30pm.
