As the legislative session continues, State Representative Jon Thorup continues working on bills to address areas he deemed as priorities going into this year’s session. One of those areas of emphasis has been combating child pornography. Representative Thorup tells KNIA/KRLS News he is wanting to provide more funding and resources to law enforcement to help combat the child pornography problem. Thorup knows the problem currently out weighs the resources available to investigators and wants to give investigators more of a chance to fight the problem that he says is way bigger than people know.
