The bitter cold caused both boys and girls basketball squads to call off their games on Thursday night. The boys were scheduled to travel to Iowa Valley, but that has been cancelled and may not be made up. The Sabers will play Sigourney on Friday to wrap up the regular season. The girls class 1A regional game at Lynnville-Sully was also called off and will now be played Friday night with the same start time at 7:00pm.
