The Indianola Police Department served breakfast at the American Legion Post 165 Saturday morning, as part of the IPD COP (Community Outreach Partner) program. Captain Brian Sher tells KNIA News working with the community to set up events like these is always a fun time, and working to raise money for the American Legion and their programs on a Saturday morning is just an incredibly small sacrifice compared to what our veterans have sacrificed in the armed services. The breakfast raised funds for American Legion programs.
