It is a busy day of events for Central Athletics. The men’s and women’s track and field teams will compete at the Liz Wuertz Invitational at Wartburg, with action beginning at 10:00 a.m.

The men’s tennis team is competing at four meets today, splitting the team at two locations. At 10:00, the Dutch will host Northwestern College. That will be followed at 2:00 with a meet against Monmouth. The other half of the team will be competing at North Central University in Plainfield, Illinois at 1:30. That will be followed by a neutral site match against Concordia of Wisconsin at 5:00, also at North Central.

A notable omission from the schedule is the basketball games, as the Dutch have their bye on the final day of the regular season. Central’s women’s basketball team will learn their first round conference tournament opponent today, which will either be Luther or Loras.
