An Open Visitation for Ginny Foster, age 61 of Oskaloosa, will be held Monday, March 23, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Langkamp Funeral Chapel. Family members will not be present, and the number of people allowed into the chapel at one time will be subject to 10 person occupancy. A private burial will be held Tuesday. Langkamp Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
