The fence around the Indianola downtown square will be moved further out within the week, in order for the basement excavation to begin on the Warren County Justice Center project. The fence moving out will block all inside parking along Salem, Ashland, and Howard streets for the duration of the project. The parking spots on the outside of the square will be unaffected.
