The Krpan brothers fueled the Melcher-Dallas basketball team this past winter and are honorable mentions on the first All-KNIA/KRLS boys basketball team. The Krpans–Steven and Ryan, each earned first team All-Bluegrass Conference honors. Steven led the Saints in scoring at 13.8 points per game while Ryan was right behind at 13.4.

Rounding out the honorable mentions this season is Kade Dunkin of Twin Cedars. Dunkin led the Sabers with nine points per game and a team-high 36 steals, and he earned All-Bluegrass Conference honorable mention honors.
