Thunderstorms are likely over portions of Iowa by early morning Saturday and into the afternoon hours. Some of the storms will have the potential to become strong to severe over portions of southern and eastern Iowa, and Marion and Warren Counties both are on the border of a slight risk of severe weather. The KNIA/KRLS Severe Weather Action Team is on the air for any severe thunderstorm or tornado warning for any portion of Marion and Warren Counties.
