The groundbreaking ceremony for the Warren County Justice Center project scheduled to take place today has been postponed until further notice. The supervisors approved an extension of county buildings being closed to the public at their most recent regular meeting until further notice, as well as approved a Warren County Emergency Declaration for the COVID-19 pandemic, which was submitted by Warren County Emergency Management. Warren County Emergency Management Coordinator Troy Bass tells KNIA News the emergency declaration allows the county to take advantage of emergency funds from the state, and mirrors the declarations made in the state and cities in the county.
