The Indianola City Council meets in regular session this evening. Mayor Kelly Shaw will read a proclamation declaring April 24th as Arbor Day. The council will discuss a public hearing date for an updated version of the city code of ordinances and a revenue purpose statement for fee revenues from natural gas franchise fees, before going into closed session to discuss matters that are presently in litigation or where litigation is imminent. The meeting begins at 6pm, and will be streamed live via YouTube.
