Marion County had an COVID-19 update during a press conference held by the Board of Supervisors Chair Mark Raymie and Marion County Public Health Director Kim Dorn Tuesday afternoon. Pella Schools Superintendent Greg Ebeling, Pella Christian High School Principal Dan Van Kooten, Pella Mayor Don DeWaard, Director of The Well in Pella and Knoxville Jayson Henry, and Marion County Treasurer Michaela Bigaouette each provided updates about their respective organizations. As of Tuesday, 12 cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Marion County, 10 of which have recovered. The next update will be held Friday at 1 p.m., and can be heard live on 92.1 KRLS.
