The Indianola Noon Lions Club donated 200lbs of pork to the Warren County Helping Hand Thursday, continuing their donations after the 90th anniversary celebration and meat raffle was postponed to November. Lions Club chair of the celebration Tom Charlton tells KNIA News the meat was donated by local organizations and companies, and rather than having it sit in a freezer, the best course would be to help those in need locally. Participation is still available for the Indianola Noon Lions anniversary celebration in the fall, for more information click below.
