Indianola High School Seniors would have been presented with their senior awards this week, as graduation was scheduled to be less than a month away. Superintendent Art Sathoff tells KNIA News it is unfortunate to not have the full event, which is one of the highlights of the spring, but the seniors should still be recognized.

“We are still trying to do the things that we can, like the parade of graduates, where the seniors will go and visit their old elementary schools and we’ll appropriately social distance. And I know that other groups in the community are doing all that they can to honor our seniors and show them that they will be remembered.”
