A Pella High School graduate has spent the last year serving as the President of the Iowa FFA. Chandler Jahner gave a retirement address virtually on Friday to mark the end of his time with the FFA.

Earlier in the week, Knoxville Alumna Mickayla McGill gave a retirement address at the end of her term as South Central State Vice President in the Iowa FFA.

The speeches came after the end of the virtual State FFA Convention, when the traditional in-person event held at Iowa State University was cancelled.
