The Pella School Board will hold a public hearing at their meeting today to consider continuing participation in the instruction support program. The board will review a five year extension to continue funding and the levy. A memorandum of understanding between the City of Pella and the Pella School District will also be considered, which is an agreement between the two entities to work together to form a partnership that would allow Pella Fiber to broadcast school events on a new cable channel in 2021, including athletics, performing arts, other events promoting the school, and school board meetings. An update about graduation and the return of summer activities will also be given.
