This past Saturday Melcher-Dallas Athletic Director Jim Crozier received an award from the Melcher-Dallas Booster Club for a combined 100 years of coaching at Melcher-Dallas High School. Crozier–who is a Melcher-Dallas native and who has lived in Melcher-Dallas his entire life, was presented the award during the Coal Miners Invitational. Of the 100 cumulative years Crozier has been coaching at Melcher-Dallas, the majority comes from his time on the softball field, as he has 31 years with the team. His other years include time with the football, basketball, girls track, and girls golf.
