A Knoxville man was arrested Friday following a burglary in May. According to court documents, on the morning of May 22nd, law enforcement officers were called to a residence in the 1300 block of East Pleasant Street in Knoxville regarding a burglary. When officers arrived they found 20-year-old Rodney Ladeaux on the property with damage to several items including a broken window, car, and door to a trailer. The damage is estimated at approximately $1,000. Ladeaux was arrested and charged with burglary 3rd degree, a class D felony as well as criminal mischief 3rd degree, an aggravated misdemeanor.
