The Pleasantville baseball team found themselves back in the win column Friday afternoon, defeating North Mahaska 4-2 at home in a non-conference afternoon affair.
The Trojans struck first with two runs scored in the third. One run each in the fourth and sixth would conclude the scoring. The Warhawks threatened with a run scored in the top of the seventh, but the Trojans were able to put the game away.
Pleasantville improves to 3-10 overall, and will return to West Central Conference action on Tuesday at home against Van Meter.
