The Melcher-Dallas Softball Squad is closing in on the end of the regular season. The Saints have one final game on Friday before embarking on the class 1A regional starting on Monday. The Saints have been led all season by BrieAnna Remster, who as a freshman is 12-3 in 82 innings of work, and has struck out 90 batters and walked just 44 this season. She also is good at the plate with a .415 batting average and 26 RBI. The Saints will take on Cardinal tomorrow to round out the regular season.
