Local manufacturers were the focus of the third Thursdays in Pella event this summer. Products built in Marion County were featured, with booths and activities highlighting Vermeer, LDJ, Ring-O-Matic, Weiler, Precision, and Pella Fiber, among others in Central Park.

Kids from toddlers to teens were invited to make creations with Legos and bring them to the Tulip Toren, with the public voting on their favorite.

The featured entertainment included the Pella High School Individual Speech Students, the Pella Barbershop Quartet, and the Pella City Band. The KNIA/KRLS Lil’ Big Red Radio is participating in every Thursdays in Pella event this summer.
