More information has been made available about the fatal accident north of Knoxville Friday. Preliminary results from a joint investigation by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office and the Iowa State patrol show that he driver and bicyclist were both traveling southbound on Highway 14 north of G44 when the sedan, driven by 33-year-old Tiffany Turner of Knoxville, struck the bicyclist, who was traveling in the right side of the southbound lane. The bicyclist, 52-year-old Stephen McDonald from Jackson, Wyoming, was pronounced dead at the scene.
