Today we continue the top 10 countdown of the top moments of the 2019-20 school year with number three. A stellar performance came through for the Simpson College Storm women’s golf squad this past fall, as Pleasantville High School alum Hannah Gordon put together one of the best rounds in American Rivers Conference history for a 2nd place finish at the championships this past fall. Gordon shot an 82 in round one to place fourth after the first day, then followed that up with an 85 to sit sixth with a +23, a full 12 shots behind the leader. Gordon took that up to mark the lowest round in conference championship with a 71 on day three, vaulting her all the way up to second place and besting the previous mark of 72 set in 2012. The Storm as a team finished in sixth place.
