Due to the recent increase in COVID-19 cases in Marion County, Knoxville Hospital & Clinics has revised its visitation policy.

For general inpatients, one person may visit per day between the hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
– For outpatient services, surgery, and the Emergency Department, one visitor per day is allowed and must be at least 18 years of age. For all areas, except surgery, visitors must remain with the patient at all times. Visitors cannot return to the patient’s room if they exit the facility.

– Facemasks are required to be worn by all patients and visitors at all times.
All health care providers wear Personal Protective Equipment.
Patients, staff, and visitors must undergo health screenings and temperature monitoring before entering the facility.

– Social distance in the halls and waiting areas.
– Practice good hand hygiene.
– Remember to cover coughs and sneezes.
– Stay home when ill to protect our community and help stop the spread of COVID-19.
