Dwight and Ruth Johnston have donated $50,000 to the Knoxville Hospital & Clinics Foundation in memory of Ruth’s sister and brother-in-law Barbara and Bill Riebe. Their donation has been designated to contribute to support the purchase of the hospital’s new digital 3D mammography unit, which was installed last October.

The unit is the hospital’s newest advancement in breast imaging to help detect breast cancer in its early stages, and is located in Imaging Services. To learn more about the mammography unit and this donation, click below.
