An additional 17 positive tests of COVID-19 were confirmed by Marion County Public Health Tuesday. There are 76 active cases and 599 recoveries, with three fatalities reported since the outbreak began. The average positivity test rate has dropped to 12.7% for the two-week average. Seven residents are hospitalized with the virus. Gov. Kim Reynolds signed a proclamation Tuesday to reopen bars in four of the six Iowa counties, and restaurants in Black Hawk, Dallas, Linn and Polk counties are no longer required to stop selling alcohol after 10 p.m.
