It has been a rough couple of weeks for the Knoxville Football Squad. The Panthers have been hit hard by injuries to key starters and they are playing in the toughest portion of the schedule. Tonight does not get any easier with a road trip to Bondurant-Farrar. Knoxville has lost to Pella and Nevada in back-to-back weeks and will play a Bluejay team that is coming off a win over Carlisle last week. The Panthers will need to cover all the bases with the Bluejays as Eric Kellar tells KRLS Sports they do a lot of things well and will be one of the more balanced teams Knoxville faces all season.

Kellar:
“Their running game is good. They do a lot of formations, they try to spread you out and run a lot of jet sweeps to the outside, so we have to be ready for everything.”

The Bluejays total offense is separated by just 23 yards pass to run, which makes Bondurant-Farrar a tough team to defend. Knoxville will still have a few players unavailable due to injury this Friday. You can hear the action on 95.3 KNIA beginning with the pregame show at 6:30.
