It was Dutch domination in the Tulip City volleyball showdown Tuesday, as Pella swept Pella Christian 3-0 (25-13, 25-12, 25-11).

The Lady Dutch opened the match on a 9-1 run and never lost control throughout the duration, as Pella Christian struggled with their serve-receive, as Pella tallied 12 aces in the match and the Eagles

Meridith Rowe contributed five aces, and Jasmine Namminga had three, as well as three blocks and six kills. Avey Amelse had eight kills for the Eagles.

The Lady Dutch finish the regular season at 18-11 and 5-2 in the Little Hawkeye Conference, good for a 2nd place finish, while the Eagles end at 13-12 and 2-5 in league play, finishing 6th in the standings. Both teams head to Indianola for the conference tournament Thursday.
