The Indianola girls swimming squad will have its final home meet of the season today, hosting Grinnell, Newton, and Oskaloosa. Indians head coach Aaron Strain tells KNIA Sports this is the time of the year where technique and shaving seconds off of times is most important.

“Now that we are done with the conditioning of the season, we can start to sharpen our edges a little bit and take care of some technique things to drop some time that we have let get to the wayside as we were getting in shape for the season.”

Action starts tonight at 5:30pm.
