Back in the Class 4A rankings and fresh off of sweeping the Little Hawkeye Conference tournament crown, the No. 14 ranked Pella volleyball team will get to be at least one more time as they begin the regional volleyball playoffs tonight.

The Lady Dutch, at 22-11 overall, have a tough road ahead, and hope to start the postseason on the right foot with a Grinnell team they swept 3-0 on the road two weeks ago.

Pella has been comfortable in their home surroundings this fall despite a limited number of hosting opportunities — the Lady Dutch are 7-2 in the Tulip City, with a loss in five sets to previously ranked Dallas Center-Grimes and No. 8 Holy Trinity Catholic at the Pella home tournament.

First serve is at 7 p.m. for Pella vs. Grinnell volleyball in the regional playoffs. The match can be watched on Pella High School’s official YouTube channel.
