The Melcher-Dallas Volleyball Squad will try to keep the regional road going tonight on the road to Lamoni. The Saints played the Demons last Thursday for the Bluegrass Conference title and won that match in four sets. Coach Jesyka Nolte tells KNIA Sports what makes this squad so fun to coach, is the senior class and the amount of work they have put in.

Nolte:
“Each year we got better and better. These little gals seem to be a well oiled machine, and they won the conference title in junior high, so they got another conference title in another sport for me, and they are just a great, great group of girls.”

A win by the Saints would send them to the class 1A regional semi-finals against either New London or Moravia on Monday at a site to be determined.
